Foot healing

I´ve been chilling in the bed all day and taken care of my foot. Right now Im waiting for my bros Niklas, Viktor and Markus to get home so we can hit the hot tub and then the sushi bar, Im so hungry!!

Im not sure what the plans for tomorrow are but I think it will be Rogers pass, its so good there and untouched, I vote for u Roger!

Closed in Rogers

Woke up at 6 am and took the car to Rogers pass but when we got there it was closed because of the huge snowfall. We decided to hit the slope instead but it was sooo much people there so it was just not worth it.
After that the Björnströms power kicked in so me and my cuz Viktor charged and took our snowshoes for a hike up on a mountain near the slopes while Niklas and Macke stayed home for some chilling.
After a 20 minutes hike we found a sweet drop that we hit like 4 times until my foot fucked up again...
No more snowboarding after that today, just ice bath for my foot until it almost was blue.
Tomorrow Im gonna chill from the board and wait until the day after tomorrow to ride again, so the foot is not that bad :)
Hate that I can´t take it chill days like this... I just can´t do it captain!

A day off

YoYo! Yesterday heaven was found, and it was even better then we could imagine.
The snow was perfect and deep, the pillow lines was insane and everywhere. Oh god it was sweet.


Today we took a day off to reload, it was nice to sleep past 6 am :) After the masterpiece breakfast that Macke did we went in to centrum to check out some stores and a new pair snowshoes was purchased. Everyday i need to buy some new survival thing according to the outdoors guys Im here with, when im going home from here I will be equipped with everything I need to live in the forest for like 5 years :) But its really good things to have. Safety first!
Now im gonna jump into the hot tub and then hit the bowling alley. Tomorrow more snowboarding is whats up.

Rogers Pass

Today we went to "Rogers Pass" to find some deep pow and we found a few good spots.
We did not go as far as planned but tomorrow are we going on a 2 hours hike, hopefully we´re gonna find some really sick spots there.
I have some awesome snowshoes to help me float perfect on the deep snow, the others have skis with skins on, geeks!

When we got home we took a nice hot tub bath so tomorrow we´re on top of the world, then did Macke, the best chef ever, a sweet dinner for us and it was super gooood. Now bed time is whats up.

Good Pow

The weather was changing from cloudy to blue bird all day but the powder was really good.

We was riding in the lift system almost all day, we took a little hike to find some really fresh pow pow, and we did :) 

Tomorrow are we going to "Rogers pass" its a few miles from the village and a few hours hike, hopefully we´re finding some sick untouched pow there.

Off to Arlanda airport

Finally, Im on the buss to Arlanda and the trip has begun.

Why do I always wait until last second to pack my bag, have been so stressful the last hour!

But everything is in the bag now, I think :) 

The flight goes tomorrow at 11.00, so its gonna be sweet to sleep on some comfortable benches at the airport tonight. 

Will update as soon as Im in Canada.

STANCE

I have been riding in "Lindvallen" & "Kläppen" with Alex DLT, Niklas Mattsson and Mr Isak Newton today. It was as much fun as it was cold and Im so relived that my foot was working without pain :)

My new sponsor "Stance" make the nicest socks, super warm and stylish!! So Im really happy that I had them on my feet to keep me warm from the icecoldness!

Today I have been to Claes to pick up some fresh gear.

It was super nice so now Im totally ready for Canada and the powder. Thanks so much Claes!

I love to...

....wake up, turn on the coffee maker, take a shower and enjoy the morning coffee in front of the TV. The whole day will be so much better if you follow that magic wake up program, 100% effective!

Anyway, Im still healing my foot so no snowboarding until Saturday for me but tomorrow Im going to Claes my team manager to pick up some really fresh stuff so its gonna be sick to ride on Saturday for sure. 

The flight to heaven goes on Monday and I´ll be there until January 31, if I can leave. After that, next stop is Slovakia for the FIS World Cup slopestyle, then home sweet home is whats up.
